kill when he was delivering a peace order this morning. >> this is proof of how dangerous the sheriff's deputy job can be. a 10-year veteran came to deliver papers to this home in riverdale and things turned to the worst. the deputy was invited in. the officer was there to deliver a peace oder to her son. comments letter he stepped out with a gun pointed at the deputy. the deputy fired one shot killing the man. they say it is too early to know the nature of the dispute. they're not saying why the peace order was issued. the mother who witnessed her son's death was not harmed. the deputy is placed on administrative leave it.
